Setup My Account

Before you can pay your storage bill online, you will need to setup an account. Once your account is setup, you’ll be able to see when your next bill is due, view your payment and schedule email reminders.

Step 1 – Contact Us

First, we’ll need to send you a temporary password. Give us a call or complete the contact form below. We’ll send you an email that contains basic information about your new account and your temporary password.

Step 2 – Create your Account

Next, go to www.uhaul.com/Orders/. Enter your email address and the temporary password we sent you.

Step 3 – Update Password

From your dashboard, make sure your information is correct and and click “Edit” in the “My Account” section.

Here you can change your password and update personal information.

Account Setup Complete

Your account setup is now complete. You can pay your rent by visiting the “My Storage” from your dashboard. If you have any questions or need further assistance, give us a call at (830) 980-9494 or send us an email.

If you’re having trouble remembering your password, select Forgot Password on the www.uhaul.com/Orders/ login page and follow the instructions.
