What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 8am to 6pm Monday-Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday. Storage access is available 24/7 with your personalized pin code.
What do I need to rent a storage unit?
For our outdoor units, we need a state-issued drivers license, proof of ownership, proof of insurance and a form of payment.

For our indoor units, all we ask for is a state-issued drivers license and a form of payment.

Are there any long-term contracts?
No, our contracts are month-to-month.
How do I pay my rent?
You can visit our office, give us a call or pay online. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
How do I setup online payments?
Online payments are simple. Just follow the directions on our Setup My Account page. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, give us a call at (830) 980-9494.
When can I drop off my U-Haul rental?
Our front gate is open for U-Haul drop offs everyday from 6am – 8pm.
How do I drop off my U-Haul rental?
Park your rental in front of our office. If your drop off is outside of our hours of operation, please leave the rental keys in the key drop box located by the front of our office.

Make sure the fuel level matches your contract, moving pads are folded and the U-Haul truck is clean and swept to avoid extra changes. Your U-Haul truck will be checked in on the following business day and a receipt will be mailed to you. If we do not have your email on file, please call our office during normal business hours: (830) 980-9494.
